The position offers exposure to cutting-edge blockchain technologies, complex financial systems, and high-impact product initiatives. Accountabilities:
  • Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and system requirements for crypto payment and blockchain-related products.
  • Model and optimize business processes, including transaction flows, settlements, and integrations with external providers and blockchain networks.
  • Create and maintain functional specifications, API documentation, system diagrams, PRDs, and SRS documentation to support product delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scalable technical solutions aligned with operational goals.
  • Participate in integration testing, UAT, and transaction flow validation to ensure solution quality and business alignment.
  • Analyze operational risks, technical constraints, and process inefficiencies while proposing improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Support ongoing enhancement of documentation standards, business analysis methodologies, and requirements management practices.
  • Translate complex blockchain and technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in technology-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including wallets, transactions, confirmations, gas fees, and major blockchain ecosystems such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
  • Experience working with APIs, REST services, WebSockets, event-driven systems, and external system integrations.
  • Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, process modeling techniques (BPMN, UML), and business analysis frameworks.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, log analysis, and tools such as Postman and Swagger.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a structured and self-driven approach to work.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Nice to have: experience in crypto, fintech, payments, custody solutions, AML/KYC processes, DeFi concepts, or business analysis certifications such as CBAP or IIBA.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility to work from most locations.
  • Monthly flexible benefits budget that can be used for wellness, coworking, home office, or medical-related expenses.
  • Professional development support, including courses, certifications, and language learning programs.
  • Access to medical insurance or reimbursement options depending on location.
  • Mental health support and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Financial assistance for important personal life events.
  • Collaborative international environment with cross-team learning opportunities.
  • Team events, company offsites, and employee reward programs.
