The Opportunity:

  • Hands-on Technical Support: Shadow senior FSRs to learn how to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex diagnostic instrumentation (such as our cobas systems).

  • Preventative Maintenance: Assist in performing routine preventative maintenance checks and technical service updates to minimize equipment downtime for healthcare providers.

  • Diagnostic Problem-Solving: Learn to interpret technical information, software logs, and diagnostic tools to isolate root causes of equipment malfunctions.

  • Administrative Accuracy: Documentation best practices in industry


Who You Are:

  • We are looking for analytical, collaborative thinkers who are eager to learn and passionate about technology and healthcare.

Required Education:

  • Individuals currently pursuing an undergraduate degree/diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a closely related technical field.

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and support clients in both languages.

  • Maintenance preventive : Aider a effectuer les verifications de routine de la maintenance preventive et les mises a jour de services techniques afin de minimiser le temps d'arret des equipements pour les prestataires de soins de sante.

  • Resolution de problemes techniques : Apprendre a interpreter les informations techniques, les journaux logiciels (logs) et les outils de diagnostic pour isoler les causes profondes des dysfonctionnements d'equipement.

Etudes Requises

  • Diplome universitaire en cours : Etudiants poursuivant actuellement un diplome ou un baccalaureat universitaire en genie biomedical, genie electrique, genie mecanique, robotique ou dans un domaine technique etroitement lie.

  • Competences bilingues : Maitrise de l'anglais et du francais (a l'ecrit et a l'oral), avec la capacite de communiquer efficacement des concepts techniques et d'accompagner les clients dans les deux langues.

  • Etat d'esprit : Competences exceptionnelles en depannage et curiosite naturelle pour le fonctionnement des systemes mecaniques et electroniques complexes.
