The successful candidate will teach 2/2 courseload and have the usual service duties.USC has various internal grant opportunities and mentoring programs for junior faculty.
The Department of Philosophy offers an undergraduate major in Philosophy, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Philosophy. We are the only Ph.D. and MA granting institution in Philosophy in South Carolina. We are a welcoming, collegial, philosophically pluralistic department.
