Familiarity with data collection software, behavior intervention plan development, and assessment tools like the VB-MAPP or ABLLS-R is typical. Strong analytical thinking, patience, and clear communication skills are vital for effectively working with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. These skills and qualifications ensure ethical, evidence-based treatment and positive outcomes for individuals with behavioral challenges.
