Core Duties

As Clinical Director, you'll serve as the clinical leader for our team by:

  • Providing clinical leadership, oversight, and support to BCBAs and RBTs
  • Supporting clinician development through coaching and mentorship
  • Ensuring consistency in clinical standards and documentation
  • Conducting performance evaluations and accountability conversations
  • Monitoring key clinical quality indicators and team performance
  • Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives
  • Collaborating with operational leadership on strategic priorities
  • Assisting with parent concerns and clinical escalation

Schedule & Travel

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday leadership position based out of our Northfield location. 
Reliable transportation as well as frequent travel is required between our Norton and Northfield locations to provide clinical leadership, support staff, and ensure consistency in clinical operations. 
Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required
  • Active Ohio COBA licensure required
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of BCBA experience
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills
