Hybrid Position (Overview): We are seeking energetic, motivated and positive Bartender with 2+ years experience to lead the operations of our new vibrant bar. This position will also cross train with our barista department.  This role is perfect for a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves to stay busy and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position will oversee all aspects of bar operations to include inventory management.
 
Full Time/Part Time
Varied schedule (we are open 7 days/week til 7PM)
Hourly rate + pooled tips (average pooled tips $5.00-$6.00/hr)

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations, ensuring efficient bar performance and high standards of customer service.
Cocktail and Menu Development: Maintain an innovative cocktail menu that reflects current industry trends and customer preferences, ensuring our offerings remain competitive.
Staff Management: Foster a culture of growth and learning through continuous training and development as needed.
Financial Oversight: Handle inventory management, cost controls, and budgeting to maximize profitability. Ensure efficient scheduling of staff according to business needs.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews of beverage quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure they meet our high expectations.
Event Coordination: Organize and manage events, ensuring they align with our brand and meet the expectations of attendees.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, inventory, and cost controls.
• Experience in hosting and managing events.
• Certification in alcohol management and food safety, or the ability to obtain such certifications.
• A strong presence on the floor, with the ability to actively engage with guests and oversee service delivery.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the capacity to work well under pressure.
