About You

We’re looking for a Part-Time Storage Manager who can keep things running smoothly, provide excellent customer service, and help customers find the right storage solution without sounding like a pushy salesperson.

Requirements:

Daily Operations & Accountability

  • Take ownership of your work and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
  • Collect payments accurately and maintain records in accordance with company policies
  • Handle responsibilities independently and follow through without constant reminders
  • Support overall property operations and jump in where needed

Customer Interaction & Communication

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and help customers feel welcomed and informed
  • Provide property tours and assist customers in finding the right storage solution
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, patience, and common sense
  • Communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and management

Property Maintenance & Operations

  • Walk the property daily to ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Perform light maintenance tasks including sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs, and cleaning units
  • Open and close storage unit doors and assist with general upkeep around the property
  • Help maintain a property appearance customers feel good about when they arrive

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This role requires regular communication with customers, vendors, and team members both verbally and in writing, along with frequent use of computers, office equipment, locks, gates, and basic tools.
