Overall Scope:

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS), part of Dover Corporation, is a global leader in advanced fueling equipment, automation, and connected solutions. The Fuel Management Services (FMS) Business Unit, including PetroVend and ProGauge ATG, is a critical growth area within DFS’s connected ecosystem strategy.

This role is responsible for driving FMS revenue growth, expanding market share, and improving adoption across the Western U.S. region. The position combines direct sales execution, distributor enablement, and technical field support to overcome adoption barriers and accelerate commercial success.

The FMS Regional Account Manager serves as the commercial and technical leader for PetroVend and ProGauge solutions. This role bridges sales, distribution, and field execution to ensure successful product positioning, onboarding, and long-term customer adoption.

•    Drive share capture and competitive displacement within FMS and ATG markets
•    Improve onboarding, training, and field execution for distributors and technicians
•    Embed FMS and ATG solutions into broader DFS equipment and platform sales
•    Strengthen alignment across sales, service, and channel partners

 

Responsibilities:

•    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets
•    Drive PetroVend and ProGauge ATG adoption across distributors, OEMs, and end users
•    Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
•    Serve as subject matter expert for FMS solutions across the region
•    Conduct product demonstrations, training, and onboarding support
•    Partner with RAMs to position FMS within broader DFS solution opportunities
•    Identify and execute competitive displacement strategies
•    Collaborate with internal teams (product, service, marketing) to improve customer experience
•    Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
•    Develop account plans and execute tactical growth strategies
•    Represent DFS at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements

Requirements:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•    3–5+ years of experience in fuel management, petroleum, or industrial equipment sales/support
•    Direct experience with PetroVend or similar Fuel Management Systems
•    Working knowledge of ATG systems (ProGauge or competitive platforms such as Veeder-Root)
•    Experience supporting distributor networks and field technicians
•    Strong technical and commercial acumen
•    Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
•    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
•    Willingness to travel up to 50% across the Western region

Work Arrangement: This position is remote; candidate must be located in Western US. 
Pay Range: $90,000 to $150,000 Annually + Quarterly commission payments. This position is eligible to earn commission (significant part of total compensation plan) based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable commission plan.
