Building Information Modeling (BIM) integrates software and processes to reduce redundant data and improve efficiency. BIM Administrators support and enhance collaborative workflows by developing tools for modeling and analysis of buildings. A successful BIM Admin proactively improves processes, ensures data quality, and identifies and eliminates inefficiencies.

This individual should be proactive, collaborative, and comfortable supporting users while helping develop and maintain standards, tools, and automated processes. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, communicative, and driven to improve efficiency through innovation and continuous improvement in BIM processes.
