Job description
- Serve as the primary contact for all end-user help desk support issues
- Install and configure new PC’s, Raspberry Pi’s and printers
- Create user accounts and manage network access
- Perform management and maintenance to Microsoft 365 environment
- Manage Active Directory and network infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain cybersecurity solutions
- Verify backup strategies and restore data as needed
- Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets
- Develop and maintain business intelligence reports using our BI tools
- Implement ERP customizations and enhancements to support business processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Three to five years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of two years of hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting
- Working Knowledge of Active Directory
- Strong understanding of Windows desktop and Server operating systems
- Familiarity with virtual server environments
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Basic networking knowledge
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Report writing experience using a BI tool
- Experience with SQL, C# or similar language
- Experience working with Infor SyteLine ERP system or similar is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks under competing demands
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work under deadlines

- Long hours sitting at a desk and using office equipment
- Lifting computer equipment, supplies and materials up to 50 pounds
