About The Team


The Affiliate team is collaborative and fast paced. We operate globally, managing 10 programs across Rakuten, our Affiliate tracking provider. We partner closely with cross-functional teams to support Etsy’s overarching marketing goals. 


About The Role


We are looking for a goal-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist focusing on our Affiliate marketing channel. 
In this role, you will operate day-to-day affiliate tasks such as partner engagement and optimization, communications, reporting, and more. This role requires a strong balance of data-analysis, collaboration and operational responsibilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals. We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter, who navigates ambiguity with ease, and is always ready to deliver data-driven business solutions.
What does the day-to-day look like?
- Lead and optimize affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic, engagement and conversions
- Analyze affiliate program performance, find opportunities for improvement, and implement effective strategies
- Recruit, scale and manage affiliate relationships through our affiliate network, Rakuten
- Develop email marketing campaigns, to cultivate positive relationships and encourage content creation
- Assist in developing channel strategy and budget recommendation across partners to hit ROI targets and contribute to topline business growth
- High level of comfortability using engagement, data and reporting tools, including Mailchimp, Looker and Google Workspace
