Job description

We are working with a client who is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist to support a fast‑paced marketing team across property launches, company initiatives, content, and marketing operations. This role serves as a central point of coordination, ensuring campaigns, communications, and content are executed accurately and on schedule.



THIS ROLE IS 5 DAYS ONSITE IN METRO ATLANTA



What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate marketing launches for investment opportunities nationwide
  • Build, update, and maintain listings across marketing platforms
  • Create and distribute email campaigns and marketing communications
  • Manage listing status updates and ensure consistency across all channels
  • Support company marketing initiatives, including social media, website updates, and brand communications
  • Promote milestones, announcements, awards, and thought leadership content
  • Assist with content planning, scheduling, and repurposing across digital channels
  • Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and competing deadlines
  • Maintain marketing databases, records, and workflows
  • Support marketing efforts tied to events and conferences


What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 1-2 years in professional services industry
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
