Join Team DPAC as an Usher where you'll be among the first to greet our guests, providing excellent customer service during our exciting performances.Whether it's a sold-out concert or comedy show or a blockbuster Broadway Production, you'll be one of our unsung heroes working to ensure everyone has a positive and enjoyable guest experience. As an Usher, you'll also be the smiling face to our guests, ready to answer questions and lend a helping hand.

What you'll do:
  • CustomerService Approach: Provide excellent customer service with a warm andwelcoming smile as guests navigate the lobbies and seating area.
  • Guidanceand Assistance: Provide directional assistance and guidance to guests,answering questions about seating, performance schedules, and amenities.
  • CrowdControl: Assist with crowd control and security as needed.
  • Safety: Monitor lobbies and seating area to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests.

Physical Requirements:
