- CustomerService Approach: Provide excellent customer service with a warm andwelcoming smile as guests navigate the lobbies and seating area.
- Guidanceand Assistance: Provide directional assistance and guidance to guests,answering questions about seating, performance schedules, and amenities.
- CrowdControl: Assist with crowd control and security as needed.
- Safety: Monitor lobbies and seating area to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
