WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Assist the Superintendent with the day-to-day construction activities of a single-family residential community
  • Coordinate trade partners and subcontractors to help maintain construction schedules and cycle time goals
  • Conduct daily site walks to monitor quality, safety compliance, and jobsite cleanliness
  • Assist with inspections, punch lists, and homeowner orientation walkthroughs
  • Help identify and resolve field issues before they impact production schedules
  • Verify completed work meets company quality standards and local building code requirements
  • Support communication between construction, purchasing, sales, and warranty teams
  • Maintain accurate production reports, schedules, and documentation using builder software
  • Build strong working relationships with trade partners and suppliers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners throughout the construction process

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2–5 years of experience in residential construction, assistant superintendent, field engineer, or related field role
  • Understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and building codes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with trade partners, homeowners, and internal teams
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with construction scheduling and management software is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with a production homebuilder
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
  • Degree or coursework in Construction Management or a related field
  • Familiarity with BuildPro, CoConstruct, or similar construction software
