    • Maintain awareness of evolving platform best practices and apply them proactively in production decisions.
    • Collaborate with the Sr. Events and Social Media Coordinator to support content calendars and event-driven production needs.
  • Execute production within brand guidelines and legal standards.
    • Collaborate with the Design Manager to apply Q-PAC brand standards consistently across all content.
    • Manage the responsible use of stock media, licensed assets, and third-party content, ensuring all use complies with licensing and copyright requirements.
    • Flag and escalate any brand or licensing concerns proactively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing goals.
    • Work closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager on content direction, campaign priorities, and production scheduling.
    • Partner with the VP of Marketing to ensure tone, messaging, and final product reflect Q-PAC's brand standards.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors or photographers as needed to support production needs.
