Job description

Supervise the maintenance team while ensuring compliance with regulations and overseeing the upkeep of the building’s systems.

Position is located at company headquarters in Littleton, NH.

In this fast-paced, crucial management position, you’ll work to ensure that our facility is operating at peak performance. By overseeing the maintenance team in this hands-on role, you’ll be playing an essential part in maintaining the building. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the maintenance and repair of the building across all departments
  • Training, scheduling and supervising the custodial and maintenance staff
  • Outsourcing contractors, writing job specs and overseeing vendor contracts
  • Ensuring OSHA, EPA, ADA and applicable electrical and plumbing compliance
  • Managing company equipment including vehicles, boilers, generators and circulatory systems
  • Full oversight of HVAC systems, including monitoring and preventative maintenance
  • Identifying energy-saving and cost-reduction opportunities

Qualified applicant will have:

  • Completed an accredited HVAC apprenticeship or an equivalent two-year technical degree
  • 3-5 years of experience with maintenance operations
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with OSHA, EPA and ADA
  • Knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, boilers, generators and building controls
