At Ansco & Associates, LLC, as a Foreman Telecom Pole Anchors Operator, you'll lead anchor-setting crews, oversee equipment operations, and ensure project specifications and safety requirements are met.

What you'll do
  • Lead teams performing anchor installation on telecom jobs
  • Interpret project plans and supervise site execution, including adherence to project timelines
  • Ensure safety standards are followed by all crew members
  • Coordinate anchor equipment and truck operation
  • Provide onsite training and guidance to new operators
  • Communicate job progress and issues with management
  • Inspect completed work for quality and compliance
  • Manage tools, inventory, and crew assignments
  • Resolve minor technical or logistical field problems
  • Document job completion and submit reports

What you'll need
  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Valid CDL and ability to lead field crews
  • Must maintain a satisfactory driving record, as safe driving is essential when setting an example or training others.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 training preferred, or working knowledge of OSHA standards applicable to field operations
  • 2-4 years of telecom equipment experience, including crew leadership

Physical abilities & exposures
  • Routinely: lift up to 75 pounds, lead team in outdoor work, operate equipment, monitor active anchor work
  • Occasionally: climb ladders, navigate uneven terrain, handle physical rigging
