Have you ever worked for an Allstate Agency or Allstate Home office? Are you looking for a career at an established Allstate Agency? This may be the right job for you.

We are looking to hire a CSR with prior Allstate Insurance experience and training. Position can be remote, in person or even a hybrid of both. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 5 EST. We are open to part-time employees with set hours that include working until 5 at least 3 days a week.


Were a family-owned Allstate Exclusive Agency in Springfield, OH with over 40 years of success, and were growing. Were looking to add a Customer Service Rep to our close-knit team, someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and growing their career in a place where people genuinely look out for one another. This role blends customer service and some cross-selling, allowing you to work with both new and existing customers. Youll be supported with hands-on training, guidance from experienced leadership, and the tools you need to succeed, without being left to figure things out on your own. We work in a team atmosphere with office goals. Some benefits are subject to full-time employment.

  • Work with existing and new customers to understand their insurance needs
  • Recommend appropriate coverage options across for Home and Auto products
  • Review current policies and cross-sell other lines when needed
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Contribute to individual and team goals in a collaborative, supportive environment
  • Use agency systems and tools to manage customer interactions and stay organized

Requirements
  • Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance
  • Service or sales experience with Allstate required
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, positive attitude
  • Works well independently and as part of a collaborative, team-based sales environment
