Spears Enterprises, LLC is the largest volume Amazon Delivery Service Provider in Western Carolina based in Hayesville, NC.  We pride ourselves in delivering the most smiles to the Amazon Prime Customer base in the Greater Asheville area. -        Staying Active: Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at different locations
-        Staying Connected: Use smartphone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
-        Team Work: Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in periodic rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes as needed

Excellent Benefits & Flexible Scheduling:
-        $20.75 - $22.00 / hour (paid weekly)
-        10-hour shifts are typical
-        Flexible 4-day work week (40 hours) is typical
-        A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

Requirements:
-        Drivers must be at least 21 years old
-        Drivers must have held state driver’s license for at least 4 years
-        Drivers must be authorized to work in the United States
-        Drivers must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (We do not test for marijuana)  
-        Drivers must have a good motor vehicle report.
