Job description

Job Summary:
Unlock the milk cooler and write temps of coolers and freezer.
Fill buckets for the steam tables.
Put out breakfast for children's services.
Fill dish pan with milk and apple juice and fill with ice for children's services breakfast.
Put liners in pans of anything that needs to be transferred.
Put out water in pitcher for children's services around 8:15.
Help Angela with washing the lids from the food.
Temp foods when Bateman arrives and transfer food to other pans and then move to the steamtable.
Wash your pans as you are finished with them.
Pull and restock the breakfast for the next morning.
Wipe down the front counter after breakfast.
Put out the crock pot, bran, gravy cups, high calorie bin, and ice tray.
Put juice and 2 magic cups on the ice tray.
Before serving lunch, fill up the 3 compartment sink.
Lunch starts at 11 am
After serving lunch, throw out the remaining food and wash your dishes.
Clean your side of the line and refill with water.
After all dishes are washed, push Bateman's pans by the back door for them to pick up the next day.
Check milk cooler, refill and lock it. (Make sure you check dates and use older dated milk first.) Wipe down the ice machines and trays in the cafeteria.
Sweep and mop your side of the line.
Sweep or mop the back portion of the kitchen. (whichever Angela does, you do the other) Take out trash.
Write down temps of coolers, freezer and milk cooler.
Pick up mats in the cafeteria and hang over the rails when cafeteria is empty.
Monday: Make bran. Half of a bag of bran, a can of applesauce, and 3 apple juice. Put into 4oz cups.
Tuesday: Make a soapy bleach solution and clean the racks and trays of ice machines in cafeteria.
Also clean around the inside of the lid on the ice machine in the kitchen.
Wipe down coolers and hot boxes.
Friday: Empty out the milk cooler and pull racks on from the bottom. Wash racks and let dry. Drain the cooler and use a soapy water solution to clean the inside of it and rinse with hot water, removing the ice from the sides of the cooler. Put the racks back in and shut the cooler lid.
Wash laundry and change mop heads and wash as needed.
