  • Current CPR/BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire
Essential Skills for Success

  • Outstanding communication abilities with patients and multidisciplinary teams
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt swiftly to changes
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Comfortable with technology, including PACS, RIS, and modern imaging programs
What We Offer You
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous paid leave and flexible work schedules
  • Access to onsite continuing education and skill development
  • Opportunities for career growth in imaging and cross-training programs
  • Supportive workplace culture focused on professional and personal development
  • 100% onsite role in a collaborative healthcare environment

The Importance of Your Role
In this role, you will do more than take scans-you will help people feel acknowledged and understood. Each patient who walks through the door has their own story, whether it's a child recovering from an injury or an elderly patient undergoing screening for potential health concerns. Your calm demeanor and expertise will have an indelible impact, often speaking louder than words.
Moreover, you will join a dedicated team of imaging professionals who value collaboration and respect. Here, we work as a family, sharing in each other's successes and challenges. You will have the independence to execute your responsibilities but will never be without support. This is healthcare at its finest-human-centered, committed to excellence, and filled with kindness.

You can enjoy sun-filled picnics in expansive parks or stroll through neighborhoods filled with warmth. The city's festivals, farmers markets, and community events forge a tight-knit lifestyle, while its affordable cost of living allows for a comfortable lifestyle without feeling pinched. Plus, with great schools, recreational activities, and no state income tax, Richmond offers the ideal backdrop for personal and professional growth.
The healthcare community here is rapidly developing, attracted by a spirit of innovation and opportunity. Whether you're starting anew or ready to build on your existing experience, you'll find that Richmond invites you to grow.

We seek a detail-oriented individual who carries the torch of empathy. You understand that radiology transcends the machines; it's about providing an exceptional experience for those we serve. You remain grounded under pressure, welcome changes with grace, and thrive on the opportunity to contribute to a greater purpose.
Bring your talents and ARRT credentials, and we'll provide the opportunity, the team, and an enriching work environment where your best efforts are recognized and celebrated.
Join Us on This Journey
