ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analyticalE-Commerce Drop Ship Coordinatorto manage and grow our presence across major retail platformslikeTarget, Nordstrom, and Nordstrom Rack. In this role, you will own the full dropship operationbyoptimizinglistings, managing inventory, coordinating with buying and production teams, and driving strategies that maximize revenue across all channels.This is perfect ifyou'rea proactive, detail-obsessed multitasker with dropship and EDI experience who loves digging into data, collaborating across teams, and owning end-to-end operations across multiple retail platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managesdropship operations across Target, Walmart, Amazon, Kohls, TikTok, Nordstrom, and Nordstrom Rack

• Optimizesproduct listings,monitorsinventory, and ensures compliance with each marketplace's standards

• Plans OTB forone of our brandsand manages available dates/months with leadership approval

• Collaborates with buying, merchandising, and production teams to develop assortments based on market trends

• Tracks sales performance, analyzes data, and adjusts strategies to maximize revenue and minimize returns

• Ensurestimelyorder fulfillment and resolves issues related to orders, returns, and customer feedback

• Implements process improvements and conducts market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors

QUALIFICATIONS

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with1+yearof experience in drop shipping, e-commerce merchandising, or supply chain management, preferably in fashion/apparel.

• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and cross-functional agility when working with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Strong knowledge of marketplace platforms (e.g., Target, Walmart, Amazon, Kohls).

• Advancedproficiencyin Excel and Microsoft Suite, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data manipulation

• Some experience withACENDAand/or EDI isrequired.
