Job Summary

CNC Machinist

Full-Time - Monday - Friday, 8AM – 5 PM - Optional Overtime

We are a small manufacturing company comprised of highly dedicated, hard-working, TEAM-oriented, quality minded, willing to do-what-it-takes individuals with strong work ethics. We are all self-motivated in our mission to manufacture high fidelity aviation components that support our military and country.

We are looking for an experienced talented CNC Machinist with ability to Program, do set-ups, operate, and operate manual machines (mill and lathe). Our machine shop is mostly for proto-typing, very low volume manufacturing and support to products being assembled.

Job Requirements:

  • 3 years CNC Machining and Manual experience and/or Formal Hands On Schooling/Training/Certification
  • Must be able to run HAAS mills and lathe
  • Will be responsible for machine maintenance and shop upkeep and organization
  • Ability to use precision measuring equipment to perform in-process and final quality inspections to ensure product compliance
  • Cad and Cam experience a plus
  • MasterCam/Programming a plus
  • Strong mechanical sense
  • Must be able to Multi-Task on a daily basis
  • Exceptional with hand tools and capable of doing mechanical assemblies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in fast paced fabrication shop.
  • Willing to accept challenging tasks, have the ability to multi-task, and have a strong sense of urgency to get-the-job-done.
  • Effectively engage in team problem solving, process developing, and implementation of best practices for overall manufacturing operations.
  • We value high skills as well as humility.
  • Sheet metal and welding experience a plus (not needed).
  • 3D printing experience a plus (not needed).
