Are you an elite, high-end, esthetic-driven Ceramist who is ready to step away from the daily grind of the bench and move into a pivotal leadership role?

We are looking for a dynamic Esthetic Line Lead & Master Ceramist to oversee and elevate our premium esthetic line in Tampa, FL. This unique position transitions you off the bench and into an administrative and mentoring role where you will lead our dental technicians, manage quality standards, and directly handle communication with high-end clinical clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Oversight: Oversee the daily workflow, production, and quality control of our high-end esthetic line.

  • Training & Development: Develop and execute training programs to upskill current laboratory technicians in advanced ceramic techniques, anatomy, contouring, and shade matching.

  • Client Relations & Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clinicians. Masterfully handle phone consultations and digital case inquiries regarding custom shading, treatment planning, and case design.

  • Digital Workflow Management: Utilize dental CAD/CAM systems, laboratory management software, and general computer tools to track cases, maintain schedules, and review digital designs.

  • Quality Assurance: Inspect cases moving through the esthetic line to ensure they meet the absolute highest standards of cosmetic dentistry before final delivery.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Expert Ceramic Background: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a high-end, esthetics-focused Dental Ceramist with a deep understanding of occlusion, morphology, and smile design.

  • Ready for Leadership: A strong desire to move "off the bench" and step into a management, coaching, and administrative capacity.

  • Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient with computers, laboratory software (such as 3Shape, exocad, or dental lab management ERPs), and digital communication tools.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional phone etiquette and professional verbal/written communication skills for collaborating with dentists and elite dental clinics.
