An established manufacturer is seeking experienced Equipment Maintenance Technicians to join their team. This is a long-term opportunity with strong potential for internal growth, training, and development support.
Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair electrical systems
Perform PLC troubleshooting (specifically Allen Bradley)
Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Install, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, including:
Injection molding machines (HPM, Van Dorn, Niigata, Krause, Cincinnati)
Blow mold extrusion machines
Packaging machines
Cooling systems
Powder coat systems
Perform major equipment repairs and operate machine tools
Mentor junior technicians
Support and uphold safety and quality standards
5+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience (strong hydraulics experience required)
Skilled in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic systems
Experience with injection or blow molding preferred
Familiarity with microprocessor-controlled equipment
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
