MCP Connector

Description

The ZipRecruiter Job Search MCP server connects compatible AI assistants (for example, ChatGPT / Claude, or other MCP clients) to live job listings from ZipRecruiter. It exposes tools: search_jobs and returns structured results plus an optional interactive job carousel widget so users can browse roles, see salary and location, and open listings on ZipRecruiter.

Features

  • search_jobs tool — Keyword search with optional filters: location and radius, country (US or CA), salary range, recency, remote/hybrid/on-site, employment type, and seniority. Returns up to five results per call with pagination via offset (0–5).
  • Interactive job carousel widget — Registers an MCP Apps resource (ui://widgets/job-carousel) with CSP allowlists for ZipRecruiter API and web domains. The same HTML may be served at /widgets/job-carousel on the MCP host for clients that load the widget over HTTP.

Setup

  1. Visit the Anthropic MCP Directory or ChatGPT Apps Directory.
  2. Find and connect to ZipRecruiter.

Authentication

  • The HTTP MCP transport does not require end-user OAuth.
