It pays decent, and u get to see planes up close

Stress, drama, HR is usually behind on peoples sick time accute hours and it's very dusty, people don't have loyalty to work hard, training employees are usually given a few hours course and send to work and are still leaved with questions. If you're on ramp, we take lunchs not based on hours but for the aircraft land time, a lot of trash outside the building, management has meetings everyday or disappear working not on the floor supervising
