Interacting with fun customers, and helping people find a great bargain are the only 2 things I can think of.

The stress management puts on you to MAKE people open a credit card, is ridiculous ... EVERY SINGLE DAY, which pits colleagues against each other who are normally friendly. The level of rudeness and entitlement A LOT of people give us is unbelievable! Lastly, I can't stand the how disgusting over 90% of customers are: leaving TONS of tried-on clothes on the floor, crumpled up ... and we have to clean up behind them like a parent does for an infant or toddler! I would HATE to see their bedroom and closet!

Management is very belittling, micromanaging, and likes to sneak around watching and trying to catch you doing something wrong. Then they humiliate you in front of the chi workers. They are never in a good mood and you rarely do anything right. When you do, they rarely recognize it
