Best thing
The best part about working at Cardinal, in my experience, has been the relatively stress-free environment. The job itself is manageable, the schedule is flexible, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with genuinely lovely co-workers.
Worst thing
On the downside, I’ve experienced being underpaid and never received clear responses to compensation-related questions. There’s also a noticeable lack of communication from upper management, which often creates confusion and challenges at the lower levels. And while I do have flexibility to arrange my schedule, it typically has to be done a month or more in advance—which can be difficult when it’s hard to know your availability that far ahead.
