• Surgeons and physicians generally work standard business hours, have rotated OR/office days.
• Fantastic administrative team, support system, and marketing initiatives - focus is to bring in patients so the Surgeons can focus on medicine.
• Focus on General Orthopedic Surgery in an ambulatory-setting, primarily same day procedures.
• Surgeons can keep current hospital privileges and may acquire additional privileges
• Willing to entertain Surgeons with special interests/fellowship training
• Referral base is busy - opportunity to see patients immediately
