Location: Roanoke, VA

Position/Assignment Type: Perm

Specialty: Family Practice / Internal Medicine seeing all ages / Urgent Care

Shifts:

• Facility open Monday - Friday 8a-8p Saturday and Sunday 8-5
• Full-time flexible/rotating schedule approx 40 hours per week

Provider Requirements:

• BC/BE required
• New Grads welcome
• State license cannot have infractions
• Must be willing to become D.O.T certified

Brief Description of Position:

• 30-60 patients/day between 2 providers
• All Ages, babies (rarely) - adults
• EMR - Docutab, transitioning to eclinical Spring 2019
• CLIA Waived Lab
• Roanoke, VA

Salary/Benefit Package:

• Hourly or Salary compensation
