Our client has a need to add a dually trained Psychiatrist/Internal Medicine Physician for their integrated care psychiatry clinic.  As part of the duties, this Doctor would oversee the integrated care program, and carry a dual physical health/mental health caseload as feasible and according to their interest level.

You would be working with a mid-level physical health practitioner, a nurse and mental health staff.
 
Incidentally, you would also be able to participate in our Cultural Transformation program as ‘cultural psychiatry’ lead:  This is a 5-year project with Dr. Sergio Aguilar Gaxiola and Dr. Hendry Thon of U.C. This position is specific for a Board Prepared or Board Certified Psychiatrist.  Requirements then are that the successful candidate would have a degree as an M.D. or D.O. with proven residency training in Psychiatry.
