Duties:

• Demonstrates concern for achieving or surpassing results against our internal/external standards of behavior
• Identifies, collects, and organizes data for analysis and decision-making
• Balancing the need to gather detailed information and perform analysis, with the need for timeliness
• Deals effectively with concrete, tangible issue as well as abstract, conceptual matters
• Identifies novel approaches for completing work assignments more effectively or efficiently by working within the established systems (i.e. IT Core) to push for "a better way"
