*Our Client in Salt Lake City, Utah is looking for an inpatient psychiatrist.
This is our adult mental health unit that has 26 beds but staffs up to 23.
Average Patient Age is 18,
Duration time stayed 5 days.
50% of clients have a dual diagnosis usually consisting of mental health and meth use, alcohol and/or opiates.

The majority of our patients have Medicaid and fall into the severely, persistently, mentally ill population.

They are accepting new grads*

This position would also include the Medical Directorship of the unit up to 20 hours per month.

*Average expected patients to see is 9 per day but could see up to 12 if they max out at 23 patients.
No student loan repay
Relocation bonuses yes.
Can do a sign on bonus but pays less on salary per year so prefer not to.*

*PTO time 27 days including holidays, vacations and sick time. 5 days of CME.

Salary Range for the full-time Psychiatrist and 20 hours per week Medical Director is $291,000 to $311,000.
