Clinical Director, RN   Executive Clinical Position.  Home Care Management,  OASIS, QAPI and Team

Building Expertise Required. High Energy.  Independent.  Willing to do whatever it takes to meet mission

delivering high quality care to the rural region west of Pikes Peak.    Leads a team of 3 office staff and a

dozen clinicians in service delivery .  Prospect is an independnat Non Profit community owned

organization serving 250 Home Care Patients ( annually!)  and 35 Hospice patients. We do so much for so

few...What makes us unique is even more unique is we do it all internally.  You will review regulations, write

policies, develop tools, liaison for admissions and own all delivery of clinical care.  It is the perfect job for a

strong, positive leader.  You must be efficient and continually seek process improvements in all activities.
