  • Responsibilities
    • Update and monitor direct deposit enrollments
    • Assist with Absence Management Program and verify with district benefits personnel
    • Run queries using computer and related software to ensure employee pay is accurate
    • Monitor Family & Medical Leave Act balances and prepare notices
    • Review data for FMLA revivification
    • Gather information and prepare spreadsheets to interpret data
    • Provide information to employees as needed
    • Assist with special projects
    • Other work-related duties as assigned

    Must be enrolled in a college or university and be in good academic standing

  • Compensation
    The rate of pay is based upon the student's academic status - Freshman (1st year) $8.50 - $11.72 - Sophomore (2nd year) $9.00 - $12.22 - Junior (3rd year) $9.50 - $13.72 - Senior $9.75 - $14.72 Graduate or Law School: - 1st year $10.00-$15.66 - 2nd year $10.25-$16.41 - 3rd year $10.50-$17.91
