Well respected, Urgent Care Center currently looking for a Medical Director to lead practice who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and experiences.

Candidates must be Board-eligible or Board-certified in family or emergency medicine and able to see patients of all ages.

As Medical Director you will be scheduled to work clinical hours with additional administrative hours allocated for other medical director-related duties including but not limited to the following:

• Providing overall clinical direction to drive highest level of patient care and experience standards
• Reviewing charts of staff physicians and mid-level providers
• Overseeing lab operations to ensure compliance
• Helping to recruit providers and staff
• Helping to assess new business opportunities
• Performing performance reviews for providers
