An esteemed Private Practice in Varnville, SC is looking for a best in class Permanent MD for a Emergency Medicine assignment. Job Description: Next Locums has partnered with a facility in southeastern South Carolina that is looking for a permanent Emergency Medicine physician. Candidates with Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine or General Surgery training are urged to apply if they have Emergency Medicine experience.
• Board certified or within 2 years of completing a residency
• 12 or 24 hour shifts 9am to 9pm, 9pm to 9am or 9am to 9am, rotating
• Must be willing to work 7 - 8 24-hour shifts or equivalent number of 12 hours shifts to be considered full time.
• 13,000 annual volume
• EMR is Meditech
• ACLS, PALS and ATLS required
• Single coverage, but very well staffed with nurses and MA
• No trauma, No fast track
• Employed positions with health benefits, 401k and medical malpractice covered; Requirements: BC/BE: BC/BE
