This is an excellent opportunity for the technical person with sales experience. You will interface with engineers and top-level decision makers who specify and purchase custom liquid cooling components and systems.  You will consistently achieve or exceed the territory sales plan by maintaining existing OEM business and developing incremental business at existing accounts as well as penetrate and grow business at new accounts.  Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop account strategies for target OEM accounts.
  • Carry out your strategy at each target account to grow the business.
  • Build support among key decision makers and influencers at target accounts.
  • Proactively identify and anticipate customer requirements, expectations, and needs.
  • Identify and address key issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities and sell them within Lytron.
  • Define and drive the custom solution design process and develop a differentiated value proposition.
  • Create winning presentations and proposals and steer sales activities to close opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms on orders.
  • Network to generate leads.
  • Demonstrate clear product/technology expertise to confidently serve as the field-based expert.
  • Conduct meetings with new customers and present Lytron capabilities. Be in front of customers/prospects every week to every other week. Expected time in front of the customer is a minimum of 50%.
  • Represent the voice of the customer within the company.  Oversee customer satisfaction and loyalty measurements.
  • Demonstrate clear product/technology expertise to confidently serve as the field-based expert.

  

The successful candidate will:

  • Be energetic, highly self-confident and present a positive self-image.
  • Have 3+ years of technical sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Have a BS in engineering or related technical field.
  • Have experience selling a technical product to OEM accounts, networking and generating new business.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reside in northern CA.
