• Develop and coordinate campus activation activities, events, and retention programs
• Explore and test new programs, techniques, and networks to determine what works – your imagination is your only limit
• Drive business development relationships on and around campus -- includes clubs, Greek system, event coordinators, local businesses and more
• Recruit and manage student ambassador program; source and foster key campus influencers
• Iterate to hit target KPIs and define repeatable process for nationwide campus rollout strategy
• Self-professed social media expert that can leverage existing apps to drive acquisition
• Comfortable (or willing to dive in and learn) analytics tools and platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, etc.
• Collaborate actively with management, product, designers, and engineers to drive growth and to resolve daily issues related to growth
• Enjoy teamwork, have lots of fun, and take pride in building an innovative product that makes a difference in people's lives
• Extensive travel and on-campus engagement required. You will be on the road 90% of the time.
