Health Care Coordinator

We are looking for a Health Care Coordinator who has a current nursing license in the state and has previous supervisor experience, preferably in a nursing setting, which includes management, coaching and health care services.

Other requirements for the Health Care Coordinator include:
Prefer prior experience in nursing facility with experience supervising direct care staff.
Require prior experience as a RN or LPN for at least 1 year.
Require ability to read, speak, and write English clearly.
