Are you interested in picking up some shifts in Terre Haute, Indiana? This hospital is offering excellent rates for ongoing locum coverage. Terre Haute is just over an hour from Indianapolis near the Illinois border and offers a great balance of urban and rural life.
- As soon as credentialed-ongoing
- Shifts available: Prefer blocks but will need at least 5-7 shifts in a row
- Inpatient
- Schedule: 10-hr shifts with night call 7a-5p or 8a-6p. 1 physician on during the day and taking night call
- Call: Night call- pager call, rarely called back; will have to come in for seclusions and restraints
- Patient Load: 18-20 ppd, 235 admissions/month
- Must be BC in psychiatry
- Responsibilities: rounding on psych patients; acute psych unit treating ages 18 and over, homicidal, substance abuse, little dementia, no geriatrics, no traumatic brain injury, providers will have to do medical exams of their own patients
- EMR: Meditech with dictation
- Certifications: active IN License and DEA
