• Purely outpatient with no nights, no call, and no weekends required

• Integrated healthcare team consists of Nurse Practitioners, Behavioral Health Consultants, E-scribes, Medical Assistants, and outreach workers
• Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, malpractice, IRA matching funds dollar for dollar up to 6% of gross income, and generous PTO
• Job Requirements: Physician with MD/DO degree – Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible with valid medical license
