Pediatrician - Physician Rockford, IL dj
The Pediatrician provides primary care services to children and/or adults as part of the provider team with licensed MD/DO physicians. Care may be provided to any program or site. The Pediatrician will collaborate and consult when necessary with patients, families, support staff, other midlevel providers, OB/GYN physicians as well as internal and external consultants in order to provide the appropriate high level of care. This position reports to the Pediatric Department Chair.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of United States accredited Pediatric MD Program, new graduates must pass licensing exam
Unrestricted Illinois Pediatric MD license, Illinois Controlled Substance License, Federal DEA, Illinois Pediatrician license
Current CPR Certification (responsible for maintaining certification)
Spanish fluency highly desired
