100% Outpatient, 4-5-day Work Week, $100,000 + Commencement Bonus Opportunity, Employed and More
The healthcare system has over 40 outpatient clinics, 6 hospitals and over 1,200 providers in the greater Minneapolis/ St. Paul Area. I have 3 clinics needing Primary Care Physicians comfortable with Family Medicine or Adult/Geriatrics Medicine. Fulltime and Part-time positions are available. Practice:
• Employed with wRVU’s bonus, Quality bonus and Acuity bonus – Average Physician earning 110% MGMA Median
• 100% outpatient care, average 18-22 patients a day with exceptional support staff including RN’s, Care Team, Therapist and more
• 36 Contact Hours per week, physicians working 3-5 days a week to obtain, NO Weekends
• Additional income can be made with Urgent Care Shifts, Hospitalist shifts or Admission Shifts if desired
• Average anywhere between 10-40 new Patients a week at one of the three locations, ramp up in 9 or less months
• Sign on/ Commencement bonus, loan forgiveness, resident stipends, and relocation assistance given equating up to $160,000
• 272 hours PTO, 10 Days paid CME $5,200, 403b contribution and match, comprehensive benefits package and more
• Visas are accepted
Ability to live in metro, suburban and rural communities just minutes north of Minneapolis / St. Paul. Communities are experiencing rapid growth due to offering a highly desired small town feel with family friendly amenities all within minutes of the major metro! This region offers an abundance of lakes, swimming beaches, playground, picnic facilities, hiking and biking trails, horseback riding and snowmobiling trails, lake life and more. Have NFL, NHL, MLB, NBA, WNBA, and Division 1 University sports. Area has International Airport, culture, plays, theater, and more.
