A well-established commercial electrical contracting company needs a results-oriented individual to build relationships, find new opportunities for projects with new and existing customers, lead bid processes from start to finish, and maintain relationships within the industry.

The company provides electrical services related to

• motors and controls;
• instruments and controls;
• nuclear "safety related" installations deemed critical to public health and safety;
• tenant improvements, including design/build;
• power, lighting, data and communications solutions;
• electrical service and maintenance, including maintenance agreements;
• preventive maintenance programs; and,
• security installations.

Job Requirements:

Requirements for the position include five plus years of sales experience in B-to-B sales environment; construction background is also required. Some college is preferred; business education helpful. Computer skills, associated recordkeeping and reporting also required.

This individual will need sales skills from lead generation, bid preparation, bid process follow through, to relationship building and maintenance. The successful candidate will be able to generate leads, get results, manage multiple lead and bid processes simultaneously, work flexibly with customers, prospects and internal employees to achieve goals.
