Catapult Healthcare is currently contracted with a premier, multi-specialty, independent physicians group serving neighborhoods in the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia that is looking to permanently hire Family or Internal Medicine Physicians to operate within their outpatient clinics. This particular group offers quality medical services with 279 providers on staff in 63 outpatient care sites, 6 Urgent Care Centers and 5 hospitals. Over the past 27 years, this group has expanded their practice to provide expert treatment in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Urgent Care and other specialties including: Cardiology, Dermatology, Ear, Nose & Throat, Endocrinology, Facial Plastic Surgery, Foot & Ankle, General Surgery, Hospital Care, Infectious Disease, Neurology, OB/GYN,Occupational Medicine, Pulmonary & Critical Care, Rheumatology, Sleep Medicine, and Surgical Oncology.
Details of the position are listed below:
Clinic Locations: Carrollton, Chesapeake, Franklin, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Virginia Beach
Openings: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Urgent Care Physicians (will accept BE/BC candidates)
Hours/Shifts: Urgent Care Clinics (12 hour shifts; at least 3 shifts a week); Family/Internal Medicine Clinics (Monday-Friday 40 hours a week; physician on call is handled over phone)
Patient Volume: 18-22 patients a day
Salary/Benefits: extremely competitive compensation structure including an R.V.U incentive model in addition to base salary based upon number of patients seen; other financial and health benefits are discussed during interview process.
**providers with Hospitalist experience can also pick up additional shifts rounding as an additional source of income**
