Assistant Pastry Chef, Miami

We are a new French bakery & café located in the Kendall área of Miami. We have had great reception in the city and we are looking to expand our personnel. The position consists on assisting the chef with the production, decoration, and positioning of the desserts on display. This would eventually lead to a more independent role of managing the desserts production process.

• Basic academic formation in culinary arts
• General knowledge of food handling and pastry concepts (dough, cake, mousse, cookies, creams, etc.)
• Independent and receptive, willing to learn
• Little experience necessary
