* With two or more years of Experience: $350,000 - $400,000 base salary
* New to Practice: $340,000 base salary

The not-for-profit health system is the largest provider of health and medical care in the tri-state area of West Central Illinois, Northeast Missouri, and Southeast Iowa, which is composed of over 300,000 residents. The system includes its flagship, a 307-bed regional referral center in Quincy, a community hospital, a Critical Access Hospital in Pittsfield, Illinois, and a 75+-member multi-specialty physician group based in Quincy. The physician group includes a department of Obstetrics & Gynecology which is staffed by three Board Certified OB/GYNs, all of whom have very busy practices.
The OB/GYN practice is located in a newer clinic building connected via air-bridge to the Hospital. The breast cancer center, a state-of-the-art mammography facility is adjacent to the clinic. The Hospital includes full support services for deliveries, newborns, and gynecological surgery, including LDR rooms, a high risk nursery, and both in-patient and out-patient surgery centers.
