Family Medicine Opening in Montana - Visa Eligible

Medical Center is a progressive Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic, serving as a hub of rural medicine in Northern Montana.
Compensation:
- Earn up to $250k annually
- Employed
- Sign-On Bonus: $20k (paid as residency retention bonus on monthly basis or after start date)
- Relocation: Up to $10k
- Vacation: 6-10 weeks you decide
- CME: $5k + (5 days not included in PTO) LMC pays for licensure, DEA, Med staff, subscriptions, etc.
Position Details:
- Flexible weekday clinic hours with minimal call
- Four day work week
- 6 Weeks PTO
- Opportunity for physician leadership positions
- J1 & H1 Visa eligible site
Volumes:
Trauma receiving facility seeing an average of 500 Emergency Room visits per year
Rural Health Clinic seeing on average 6,000 visits
National Health Service Corps Eligible Site Volumes:
- Trauma receiving facility seeing an average of 500 Emergency Room visits per year
- Rural Health Clinic seeing on average 6,000 visits
